The role
This is a full-cycle sales role with real ownership. You'll find, develop, and close strategic and mid-market accounts across DACH, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll sell into hotel groups, serviced apartment operators, and forward-thinking hospitality businesses that are ready to leave their old PMS behind.
You'll work closely with our partner ecosystem to co-sell and accelerate deals, and you'll be a genuine voice for Apaleo in the market — building relationships that go beyond the transaction.
What you'll be doing
- Running the full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
- Owning and developing 30–40% of your own pipeline through outbound and network-driven activity
- Selling to C-suite and operational decision-makers, helping them understand what a best-of-breed approach actually means in practice
- Navigating complex buying processes that span HQ, Operations, IT, and Finance
- Co-selling with Apaleo's ecosystem of app and implementation partners to accelerate deals and add customer value
- Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Modjo.ai, and Zoom to work smart and move fast
What you bring
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, you know how to run a deal and close it
- Experience selling complex solutions to non-technical buyers, ideally in hospitality, travel, or an adjacent industry
- Genuine curiosity about hospitality, you want to understand how the industry works, not just sell into it
- The ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing momentum
- Fluency in German and English, this is non-negotiable for the DACH market, additional language a plus.
- A self-starter mindset, you thrive with ownership and don't need hand-holding
